On November 20th and 21st 2025, the consortium came together in Prague for its 3rd consortium meeting. The two-day meeting, hosted by Agricultural Research, Ltd. Troubsko, a member of the BIOEAST HUB Czech Republic, provided an invaluable opportunity for partners to reflect, collaborate, and strategize for the future.
Over the course of the meeting, participants engaged in dynamic discussions aimed at driving the success of the project. Partners presented the progress made during the first year of the project, highlighting innovations and accomplishments that are bringing us closer to addressing water pollution and ensuring safer drinking water for all. Moreover, NIAGARA’s partners worked on identifying obstacles encountered thus far and brainstorming actionable strategies to overcome them, ensuring that the project stays on track and delivers impactful outcomes. Finally, partners collaborated on a comprehensive stakeholder mapping exercise. This l activity is designed to maximize the reach and impact of NIAGARA by aligning efforts with key players across sectors.
